Laura is our Client Reputations Manager. She helps manage many of our client’s social media reviews and does the same for a few businesses in Isla Mujeres, Mexico! Laura has a background in customer service for over 35 years. While she has learned the ropes in social media through hands-on experience, her customer service knowledge is well-utilized in managing our client’s social media reviews. Laura not only works behind the scenes to make sure clients and their customers stay happy but does a great job too!
